Burberry Prorsum

Christopher Bailey's collection features some pretty fantastic twists and drapes:

Just sayin'.

Alexander McQueen Clutches

Never did I imagine that such a dainty item as a clutch might be described as "badass"...

This coat is perfect,

if a tad impractical.

Pair with these boots, perhaps?

Military Crest Pins

Nice on sweaters, cardigans, lapels, etc. Tiny and pretty and classic. And some come with phrases like "GET IT DONE" and "READY AND WILLING," the former sounding more like Aubrey's mantra and the latter sounding like mine, sort of. Or something. Okay, maybe the opposite.

Social Climber

Hell's bells, I accidentally bought Tom Ripley's glasses. Though mine are more square.

My Life in White

A little late on the game, but Dr. Marten re-released a few classics in their "Made in Monochrome" series. The shoes are available in solid smooth white or black, details and sole included. If I can make it two weeks without cussing, I am buying myself the first pair of boots below.

Alma Mater

Yeah, I didn't exactly love my school, but this sure beats a class ring or shotglass.

I haven't made an update in a while, and I will make a legit one soon, but ...

sometimes, I drool over clothes. I mean, thinking about them. Not, like, drool onto them.

Summer is the time for ugly

Sort of. I tend to get trashy during the summer. The summer heat makes me twice as lethargic, and I often just throw on cut-offs and a random tee/tank, things that go best with bike riding and beer drinking.

Anyway, here are some ugly things I've enjoyed, available at Opening Ceremony.

I could totally see these Pegleg NYC tees at some bbq with delicious cheesburgers.

Also, omg, Maui revival line!? Remember this fugly line? Everyone would wear them with, like, neon tube socks. Regarding the model: if I got my hair cut like that, would people finally notice that I'm gay? Just saying.

Ugh, God, sorry, Aubrey. The heat makes me a little loopy.

oh my jesus, new favorite Etsy store.

Her stuff appears to be, by and large, actually high-quality vintage pieces.

!!!!!!@?!!!!

a Gunne Sax dress which is actually wearable in real life!

...and also one which is not but is painfully lovely nonetheless and looks like Picnic At Hanging Rock!
